SylvaWorks was founded by Tom Banks, a corporate affairs leader with experience across in-house and consultancy roles, particularly in regulated and high-scrutiny environments. His work has included advising senior leaders, shaping policy strategy, building coalitions, managing issues and leading integrated communications programmes.
The consultancy is independent by design. That means the work can be shaped around the problem rather than a fixed agency structure - from a focused piece of strategic advice to embedded support over a longer period.
